基于单片机的汽车电子霍尔点火器设计

摘    要:根据汽车电子点火系统的组成及工作原理,以MCS—51系列单片机为核心,完成了主机单元电路、复位电路、看门狗电路、初级电流限制电路、电源电路等硬件电路设计,阐述了Keil C51软件各功能模块及编程实现方法,分析了电子霍尔点火器能够实现的基本点火控制、闭合角控制、发动机停转断电保护、初级电流限制和发动机转速输出等功能,完成了各功能程序及主程序设计,并在单片机开发板上进行了程序功能的调试。

Abstract:On the basis of automotive electronic ignition system makeup and work principle, with the MCS-51 series microcontroller as the core, completed the circuit design of the host cell circuit, power circuit, sensor circuit, the watchdog circuit and reset circuit. Introduced the Keil C51 software functional modules and programming methods, completed a basic ignition control, dwell angle control, the engine stop switch off protection, the primary current limit and engine speed output programming, and tested on the PCB of SCM. Lastly the production of a solid model of the host cell circuit is completed.
