改航策略中雷暴飞行受限区划设方法

摘    要:为了科学合理地划设雷暴产生的飞行受限区,为航班改航策略提供支撑,提出了最小外接矩形、最小面积椭圆和最小外接圆方法来划设受限区,并采用精确度、偏差度、冗余度和复杂度等4指标对划设方法进行评估。算例分析说明,采用最小外接矩形法对带状、条状、人字形和片状云团飞行受限区的划设效果较好,采用最小面积椭圆法对块状云团飞行受限区的划设效果较好。

Abstract:In order to plan thunderstorms flight restricted area scientifically and rationally, and support the rerouting policy, three methods were used to plan flightrestricted area, such as the minimum bounding rectangle, minimum area ellipse, minimum circumcircle. And then accuracy, deviation,redundancy and complexity were used to evaluate the planning methods. The example shows, according to different thunderstorms shape, an appropriate planning method should be selected.
