Abstract:In order to effectively monitor real time changes of safety status parameters such as the liquid level,pressure,temperature and inert gas content of the liquid cargo tank during the transportation of liquid dangerous goods ships,a single-chip microcomputer was used as the microprocessor in this investigation.The data acquisition and processing module was designed to realize the remote transmission of ship data based on BeiDou positioning and short-message communication technology.Depending on the shore-based monitoring and alarm management platform developed under the B/S architecture,the remote monitoring and alarm system (RMAS) for liquid dangerous goods ships was finally designed and built.The system performance test experiments were also carried out through experiment platform and actual ship installation.The results showed that the RMAS in this paper could not only display,monitor,and store the safety state parameters of the ship in real time,but also could effectively realize the basic and intelligent early warning functions to minimize the risk of ship accidents and ensure the safety of navigation.
