防冲液压支架变梯度薄壁吸能构件研究

摘    要:针对冲击地压下巷道支护设备防冲能力差,易遭受冲击性失效问题,提出一种防冲支架用变梯度薄壁圆筒吸能防冲构件,设计变梯度薄壁圆筒吸能构件不同的壁厚差和段数参数,对各参数变梯度薄壁圆管其进行冲击压溃模拟仿真,并分析各相关吸能防冲性能参数,结果表明:变梯度薄壁圆管构件段数和厚度差的增加均会使薄壁圆管压溃初始壁厚变小,从而减小初始峰值力;在平均壁厚相同情况下,不同壁厚差和段数的变梯度薄壁圆管的平均支反力和总吸能量高于普通薄壁圆管9.3%~178%;在各参数变梯度薄壁圆管中,分为四段且厚度差为0.5 mm的变梯度薄壁圆管构件的初始峰值力、吸能量和平均支反力、支反力波动性能参数较优,是ZQ6000/26/36两柱单导杆式防冲支架较为理想的防冲吸能构件。变梯度薄壁圆管构件的设计可以改变普通薄壁圆管构件形成塑性铰的位置及数量,使薄壁构件变形趋向较为稳定的钻石模式和混合模式转变,提高了吸能防冲能力。

Abstract:For the impact of underground pressure, the roadway support equipment has poor anti-shock capability and is vulnerable to impact failure. A variable gradient thin-walled cylinder energy-absorbing and anti-shock component for anti-shock bracket is proposed. Design of different wall thickness difference and number of segments of variable gradient thin-walled cylinder energy absorbing members, The impact-crushing simulation of each parameter variable-gradient thin-walled circular tube was carried out, and the relevant energy-absorbing and anti-shock performance parameters were analyzed. The results show that the increase of the number of segments and the difference in thickness of the thin-walled circular pipe members will reduce the initial wall thickness of the thin-walled pipe, and reduce the initial peak force. Under the same average wall thickness, the average supporting reaction force and total energy absorption of the variable gradient thin-walled tubes with different wall thickness differences and number of segments are higher than ordinary thin-walled tubes by 9.3%~178%. In the variable-thickness thin-walled circular tubes with different parameters, the initial peak force, the absorbed energy, the average supporting force and the supporting force fluctuation performance parameters of the variable-gradient thin-walled circular tube members with four sections and thickness difference of 0.5 mm are superior, which is ZQ6000/26/36 two-column single-guide type anti-shock bracket ideal anti-shock energy absorbing member, The design of the variable-gradient thin-walled circular pipe member can change the position and quantity of the plastic hinge formed by the ordinary thin-walled circular pipe member, so that the deformation of the thin-walled member tends to be more stable in the diamond mode and the mixed mode, and the energy absorption and anti-shock ability is improved.
