气相色谱与红外光谱的联用技术

摘    要:阐述了气相色谱仪与红外光谱仪联用分析挥发性复杂混合物所涉及的主要技术,着重阐述了接口部分的设计,如光管的体积与色谱条件的匹配、传输线的设计与安装、最优的光学设计以及红外探测器的选择等,同时还提出了相应的设计方法和实验技术。实际样品的分析表明气相色谱/红外光谱联用系统具有很高的谱分辨率和检测灵敏度。

Abstract:The combined gas chromatography with infrared spectrometry for the detection and i-dentification of mixtures in volatile organic compounds is described.Various experimentalparameters such as volume and dimensions of the interface lightpipe,the chromatographicoperating conditions,the optical design and selection of detector are evaluated.The selectionof experimental parameters for the purpose of achieving best sensitivity and chromatographicresolution is proposed. The high sensitivity and resolution of a GC/IR system are expected.The results of application of the technique developed to separate butyl esters of fatty acidsfrom bacteria metabolite are given.
