| 摘 要： | 采用大系统递阶优化控制理论和方法，提出了水资源宏观管理决策支持系统模型．根据水资源系统、经济系统、社会系统的关联度，建立了宏观管理决策模型，并提出将整个系统所能获得的总净效益极大化作为水资源宏观管理决策支持系统模型的目标函数．通过实例分析、运用数字仿真、调整灵敏度等，验证了宏观管理决策模型运行结果的可靠性和准确性．

| Abstract: | Large system step control mothod is applied to support macroscopic management decision making of water resource subject economical, social and municipal policy boundary conditions. Validated are the credibility of the proposed method by analysing case histories, parametric studies, ete. The decision for sustaitable development is recommended as being economical. |
