离心叶轮开裂的机理研究

摘    要:从力学角度分析了某叶轮开裂的驱动力,并对断口进行了宏观和微观分析,找到了叶轮开裂的原因.在分析中提出了新的叶轮应力计算模型,并建议用敏感性分析的手段来对叶轮进行设计,从而达到有效控制弯应力水平的目的.提出的不调频叶轮概念,有利于避免气流激振造成的叶轮疲劳破坏.

Abstract:Stress analysis is made to study the cause of cracking in a centrifugal impeller. Bending stress is found to be an important design factor. A method of sensitivity analysis to design impeller that can control bending stress effectively is proposed. The concept of a no frequency modulation impeller is presented. The approach could be needed to reduce the chance of vibration induced impeller failure by unsteady gas flow.
