模糊控制在钢缆拖动系统中的应用

摘    要:建立了钢缆拖动系统的数学模型,并在此基础上生成了对该系统运动控制的模糊控制算法.计算机对误差信号进行计算,输出控制信号操纵滚动圆盘,使机具沿着预定的路径运动.实验结果证明,该模糊控制算法具有较好的控制精度和响应速度.

Abstract:A fuzzy logic control algorithm is developed to steer the rolling coulters along a predetermined path. Deviation from the desired path is used as input to the fuzzy logic, such that the steering mechanism could be controlled by the coulters to follow desired path. The real time closed loop control software was written in C . The algorithm was verified in a soil bin laboratory. Test results show that the nonlinear fuzzy logic control system reduces response time with less overshoot as compared to a PID (Proportional Integral Differential) controller.
