毛细管区带电泳中不同类型溶质构象参数的研究

文章阐明了在电泳力学迁移模型（ＥＭＭＭ）中,溶质构象参数（Ｒｃ）的物理含义,即溶质分子在构象方面表现出的多样性,决定了溶质分子的构象参数不可能仅由几个典型数值所构成,而是一个不小于１／３的实数点的集合．用ＥＭＭＭ模型处理了毛细管区带电泳（ＣＺＥ）中的不同类型溶质的实验数据,结果支持ＥＭＭＭ模型中对Ｒｃ特性的理论预计．

Conformational Parameter of Solutes in Capillary Zone Electrophoresis

Clarified is the physical meaning of the conformational parameter of solutes( R c ) in the electrophoretic mechanical migration model(EMMM).The variety of solutes should compose of the real set not smaller than 1/3 of the formation. Estimations of the properties of R c with EMMM are supported by the test data for different types of solutes.
