| 摘 要： | 本文阐明了如何利用微型计算机对注塑机实行顺序控制和温度检测,并在自动、半自动、手动、调整等不同探作方式下程序的设计方法。无论在硬件或软件的设计方面均采用先进的模块化结构,各模块之间相对独立,便于维修和扩展。作为应用实例,期望本文有助于微型计算机控制的普及和推广。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the sequence control and temperature monitoring of injection moulding machine with microcomputer and the calculation method of the program in automatic, semi-autoinatic, manual and adjustment operations. The advanced modular construction is adopted for either hardware or software. Each modular unit is independent so that it is easy to have maintenance and expansion. Being as a practical example, this is hoped to contribute to popularization of microcomputer control. |
