心理护理在门诊注射中的应用观察

在门诊注射中,病人常出现晕针现象.通过心理护理,显著地防止或减少了晕针现象.从1993～1995年间,试验观察的总数达880人次.试验组人数为425人,晕针12人,占试验组人数的2.8%,对照观察组总数为455人,晕针26人,占对照组人数的5.7%经统计学检验,组间差异显著(P<0.05).

Observation of Psycho-nursing Practice in Clinical Injection

The ill-reaction to injection which is common case in clinical injection can be eased or even avoided by means of paycho-nursing. In an observation during 1993-1995, which covered 880 injections, out of 425 injections in the treated group, there were 12 cases or 2.8% of ill-reaction. On the other hand, out of 445 injections in the control group, there were 26cases or 5.7%. of ill-reaction, which were significantly higher than the former (P<0.05).
