| 摘 要： | 茶多酚(TP,tea polyphenols)是从茶叶中提取的主要化学成分,是目前最具应用前景的天然添加剂。近年来大量实验研究证实TP具有多种保健功效。从80年代以来,TP被广泛的应用到生活和生产过程的众多领域,尤其是国内外宠物食品公司将TP作为饲料添加剂用于犬粮的生产中,取得了理想的效果。本文综述了茶多酚的生理功能,以及添加于犬粮中起到的动物保健和犬粮保质的双重功效。
