| 摘 要： | 转移因子胶囊的主要成份为健康猪或牛脾脏中提取的多肽、氨基酸和多核苷酸等.本实验以昆明种小白鼠为研究对象,环磷酰胺（CTX）模型组和用药组连续3天腹腔注射CTX,之后用药组给予转移因子胶囊溶液,持续7天后检测结果.结果显示：CTX模型组小鼠白细胞数明显下降,足趾肿胀程度加重,腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬活性显著下降.用药组能够不同程度地改善上述症状.通过本实验深入验证了转移因子胶囊对CTX所致的免疫力低下有很好的治疗作用.

| Abstract: | Transfer factor for capsules consists of multi-peptide,amino acid and polynucleotide extracted from healthy pigs or cows spleen.Mice were selected as research objects in this experiment.The model group and the treatment group were established immunosuppression model for 3 days continuously with CTX intraperitoneal injection（i.p.）,then the treatment group was gived transfer factor for capsules solution.After seven days we examined physiological indexes.The results showed that the immunity of the model group with CTX significantly reduced, for example, white blood ceils count decreased obviously, toes tumefaction degree deepened, abdominal macrophage phagocytosis activity dramatically droped. The medicine group improved the above symptoms to some extent. Through the experiment we verified that transfer factor for capsules had good remedial effect to the immunosuppression mice with CTX. |
