| Abstract: | The goal for the West China development should be the coordinated development of economy and natural environment,with the harmony of human beings and nature and sustainable social development.In practice,it is necessary to change from human development without reflecting on nature to harmonious development of man and nature and to make the transition from traditional development idea to coordinated environmental development.Therefore,it is necessary to emphasize that the crux of the matter is to bring in and cultivate talents. |
