| Abstract: | The task of higher vocational education is bring up highly skilled personnel for the society.＂work and study, school-- enterprise cooperation＂is the best way for higher vocational education development.For the connection of professional and industry （enterprise）post personnel training mode is the core of higher vocational education.＂Oriented industry with composite skills applied marketing and planning personnel training mode.＂it is from starting from the essential attribute of higher vocational education and training can fit for the demand of enterprise,realize the personality development and comprehensive development of professional talents for students. |
