摘    要:针对某电厂300MW双水内冷汽轮发电机实际运行中出现的汽、励两端铁心温度不均衡,且端部几档铁心存在过热的问题,采用二维数值模拟的方式,研究其铁心及端部铁心内的空气流动特性.结果表明,过热铁心档相邻的冷却通道流量较小可能是上述问题的主要原因.提出增加挡风板高度的措施,使端部铁心过热问题得到有效解决,电厂随后实际运行数据验证了该措施的可靠性,为双水内冷系列汽轮发电机的增容改造及优化设计提供一定的参考依据.

Abstract:Based on the operation data collected from a certain power plant,it is found that the temperature distribution on stator core between turbine end and exciter end is quite nonuniform,furthermore,there exists some overheated step core in the step iron.By means of numerical analysis,it is found that the volume flow of radial vent channel beside the overheated step core is quite low compared with other adjacent radial vents.The overheat problem was resolved by increasing the height of the baffle locating in the inner step iron,and the test data support the above measure.Some useful conclusions were given for the future optimum design and unit capacity enlargement.
