| 摘 要： | 本文从分析我国高校教师队伍建设和管理中存在的问题入手，提出了树立效益管理观念，建立开放、动态、高效的教师队伍运行机制观点，对建立新型教师队伍建设模式及运行机制的有效途径也进行了有益的探索。
