| Abstract: | The new producing technique of inositol is studied in order to overcome the drawbacks of the traditional method The technique is that the phytin is hydrolyzed with polyatomic alcohol as solvent under the normal pressure and acid medium. The yield is twice as large as the traditional technology. |
