对我省退耕还林与发展畜牧业的再思考

根据贵州省土地利用现状，退耕还林（草）形势，对我省的退耕还林（草）、畜牧业发展条件与模式提出了个人观点。认为贵州省耕地形势严峻，农业基础薄弱，种植业结构相对单一。大面积退耕后将造成全省饲料粮及粗饲料供给紧张，对传统畜牧养殖业造成冲击。国家退耕还林（草）政策对恢复或重建已退化的生态环境，发展畜牧业是机遇与挑战并存，应积极引导农民通过退耕还林，推广种草养畜技术，提高畜牧业科技水平，达到建设畜牧大省之目的。

Reflect on Returning some Cultivated Land for Forestation and Developing Animal Husbandry in Guizhou Province

According to the situation of the territory being used of returning some cultivated land for forestation and developing factor in animal husbandry in Guizhou province, the writer considered that the province had a few smooth and fertile soil, and the agricultural basis condition was very weak. If we had taken a large-scale of infertile soil on hilly area for foresting, it would had affected the province grain and forge crop supply and traditional animal husbandry. It, the policy of returning land for forestation and renewing ecosystem, was an opportunity and a challenge to developing animal husbandry to the province. We should guide peasant to returning land for foresting ,and growing forage grass for livestock breeding.
