| 摘 要： | 文章以国内专家确定的小康社会指标和计量标准为基础,结合乌鲁木齐市的具体情况,构建了乌鲁木齐市小康社会指标评价体系,对乌鲁木齐市小康社会实现程度进行了评价,并在此基础上提出了乌鲁木齐市全面实现小康目标的对策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper,with the well-off index and the standard calculation,combines the concrete circumstances of Urumqi City,and sets up the well-off index monitoring system of Urumqi City,and carries out the evaluation of the degree of the well-off of Urumqi City.On the basis of this analysis,suggestions are put forward for carrying out the well-off target of Urumqi completely. |
