对不同豆种和培养时期豆芽的维生素C含量分析

摘    要:本文试验结果表明,在相同培养时间内,不同种类的豆芽其维生素C的含量有较大差异,绿豆芽维生素C的含量明显高于大豆芽(P<0.01),在一定的培养时期中,豆芽中维生素C含量随培养时间的延长而不断增加;在同一种豆芽的不同部位中,维生素c的含量及其变化规律也有明显差异(P<0.01)。

Abstract:The experimental results showed that there were great differences in the contents of vitamin C(Vc between the two kinds of bean sprouts in the same cultivated phases. Thecontents of Vc in green gram sprouts were significantly higher(p<0.01)than those in soybean sprouts.The contertts of Vc increatqed with the prolongation of cultivated time,and they differed significantlyp<0.01)in various parts of bean sprouts,too.
