| Abstract: | This paper focuses on PCR-DGGE technology in Molecular Biology,discussing the history of PCR-DGGE,the basic theory and its advantages and disadvantages,summarizes the application of this PCR-DGGE technology,especially in the field of nitrogen removal,by combining with the present new technology of biological wastewater treatment and its future development. |
