柔性印刷机虚机实电仿真系统

摘    要:提出了一种用于装备工业的真实电控装置和计算机模拟的虚拟机械进行联合调试的新思想——虚机实电.虚机实电系统不需要连接到真实的机械设备上,就可以调试其电控装置,能够发现其潜在的错误,因而能够缩短产品的调试时间,节约成本,极大地提高企业的竞争力。作为其一个应用实例,介绍了柔性印刷机虚机实电仿真系统。给出了其系统结构和组成,详细介绍了其五个功能模块。并对系统的实时性问题提出了解决方案.通过试验实现了其真实电控装置对虚拟印刷机的实时控制,验证了上述思想的正确性。

Abstract:A new idea of experiment and adjustment method was proposed which can be used in the equipment industry by combining the actual electrical control devices with a virtual machine simulated by a computer. A virtual machines and actual electrical devices system can be used in the adjustment of the electrical control devices without connecting them with an actual machine, and in this way, the latent faults can be found. Thus it can shorten the test time of products, save costs, and improve greatly the competitive ability of an enterprise. As one of its actual applications, a virtual machines and actual electrical devices simulation system of flexible printing machine was introduced. Its system architecture and components were given as well as the detailed introduction of its five function modules. The solving scheme of the real time issue was also put forward. It is realized that the virtual printing machine can be controlled in real time by the actual electrical control devices of the system via experiment, and the results verified the above idea.
