| 摘 要： | 中小民营企业在我国经济建设中发挥着重要作用.然而,我国的中小民营企业的生存期相当短暂,有的甚至是昙花一现.究其原因是中小民营企业的管理方式落后、盲目追求规模以及缺乏对企业人力资源的正确认识.

| Abstract: | The small and middle - sized enterprise is important part to economic developments of our country. However, the life cycle of the small and middle - sized enterprise is very short, some of which is just transient. The reason is the management falls behind, the large scale is pursued blindly and the HRM is lack in the small and middle - sized enterprise. |
