高速列车传动齿轮箱热分析的建模与仿真

摘    要:列车高速运行时,传动齿轮箱在热方面的工作环境非常恶劣,针对中国南车集团开发的300km/h高速列车传动齿轮箱进行了热分析研究,建立了传动齿轮葙的传热数学模型。采用有限差分的款值求解方法。对传动齿轮葙的整体温度场进行求解。并与实际测量款捂进行对比。在验证模型有效性的基础上。分析了传动齿轮葙的温度场分布规律。为高速列车传动齿轮箱平衡温度的预测和齿轮箱的可靠运行研究提供了理论基础。

Abstract:According to the heat transfer characteristics of a practical spur gear used at 300km/h high speed train, the mathematical model and solution assumptions were established, By comparing temperature measurements at the outside surface of gear box and lubrication oil in sump, the model was verified, On this base, the temperature distribution in gearbox was analyzed. It is found, the high temperature zones appear near the location of heat sources. It includes the inner sides of two big bears and the outside of gears. The low temperature zone is far from the heat sources, The work provided necessary theoretical foundation for the thermal analysis for high speed spur gear.
