| 摘 要： | 本文运用刚体力学理论阐明了胀管器的工作机理,并导出相关参量的计算公式。文中通过对胀管器的运动分析,导出胀杆的轴向进量计算方法。并对胀珠在管内壁作纯滚动的几何条件作了定量计算。

| Abstract: | The working principle of boiler tube expander is elaborated and the formula for calculating the related parameters is derived in this paper according to the theory of mechanics of rigid body. A method for calculating the axial feed of expanding rod is also advanced through the analysis of expander's motion. The geometric conditions of pure rolling of the expanding balls along the inner wall of the tube are developed quantitatively. |
