料栓运行机理的研究

摘    要:基于对水泥的密相气力输送实验,观测了料栓运行的总体特征,研究了管道中速度场和压力场的变化。料栓运动时,管道中始终有静止料层。速度场变化使栓尾颗粒分离出来,压力场变化使料栓波动前进。

Abstract:Based on the experiments of cement dense-phase pneumatic conveying, the major moving features of the solid-plug were ob- served and the changes of the velocity field and the pressure field in the duct were investigated. The static solids always exist in the duct when the solid-plug is moving. Because of the changes of the velocity field, the particals depart from solids-plug's tail and because of the changes of the pressure field, the solid-plug's movement is fluctuate.
