工程陶瓷研磨工艺研究

摘    要:通过对工程陶瓷工件的离散磨料研磨和固结磨料研磨试验,分析了研磨方式、磨料粒度、浓度及结合剂种类、研磨压力、研磨速度、研磨时间等工艺参数对成品的形状精度、表面粗糙度、研磨效率的影响,分析其研磨机理,提出了研磨工程陶瓷的合理方法。

Abstract:This paper analyses that the quality of engineering ceramics products was influenced by grinding factors such as pressure, ve- locity, time and mode of grinding, size and density of grinding aid through experiments of free abradant grinding and firm abradant grind- ing. It also discusses the mechanism of grinding of engineering ceramics and proposes the reasonable process of grinding.
