摘 要: | 本文扼要报告了国内外目前制备超微粒子氧化铁的四条路线。考察了由Fe_2(SO_4)_3水溶液利用沉淀法制备α—FeO(OH)和α—Fe_2O_3的工艺过程。在沉淀反应温度40℃,晶型转化温度85℃和表面活性剂浓度为0.1mol/1时,可得到长轴为40—60nm,短轴10—15nm的纺锤状超微粒子氧化铁。

Abstract: | This paper reports briefly four different steps used recently for thepreparation of transparent ultra-fine iron oxide and in the meantime,makesSome investigations on the technical process for preparing α-FeO(OH)andα-Fe_2O_3 by means of the precipitation method from Fe_2(SO_4)_3 equeoussolution.The results obtained indicate that when the precipitation reac-tion temperature is 40 ℃,crystal transformation temperature 85 ℃,andthe concentration of surface activity agent 0.1mol/1,the ultra fine iron oxideparticle with major axis bemg 40-60nm,minor axis 10-15nm,can be obtain—ed. |
