生物法脱除硫化氢气体动力学模型的研究

摘    要:研究采用以炉渣为填料的生物滴滤塔净化处理废气中的硫化氢,建立了相应的生物法脱除硫化氢的动力学模型,并确定出该模型的影响参数δ和k值。对比一定气体流量下,不同硫化氢进气浓度对应的硫化氢出气浓度、去除效率和生化去除量的实验值与理论值,其相关系数分别为0.999,0.995和0.963,表明实验值与理论值之间具有很好的相关性,从而验证了研究所建立的动力学模型对生物滴滤塔净化硫化氢的实际过程有很好的适用性。

Abstract:Hydrogen sulfide was removed from waste gas by trickled-bed biofilter with the slag as carrier,then biological dynamics model was founded and the influence parameters δ and k were determined.Comparing the experiment values with the theory values of H2S outlet concentration,removal efficiency and biochemical removal amount corresponding to various H2S inlet concentration at certain gas flow,the relative coefficients are respectively 0.999,0.995 and 0.963,which shows that the experiment values and the theory values have better relevance,and thus proves that the biological dynamics model is applicable to the practical process of hydrogen sulfide removed by trickled-bed biofilter.
