| 摘 要： | 利用各类科技人才对人均GDP的灰色关联度，区分各类人才对经济发展的贡献。GM(1，1)模型预测出各类人才在不同时期的数量，把灰色关联度作为贡献率灰数，最优化出各类人才的数量，侧重科教人才是人才培养结构转换中的关键。

| Abstract: | The gray relevance of each kind of sci-tech talents with the GDP per capita can be used to discriminate the contribution s of each kind of sci-tech talents to the economic development. The Model GM (1,1) can be used to predict the numbers of each kind of talents in different period. Adopting the gray relevance as the gray number of the contribution ratio can optimize the numbers of each kind of talents. And the educational talent is the key factor in the transformation of the talent cultivation structure. |
