摘    要:目的:利用模拟定位机验证射波刀影像引导系统及同步追踪系统准确性的可行性。方法:用Synchrony模体及Xsight Lung模体分别至于射波刀及模拟定位机下,测量各自环境下模体的运动数据并进行比较。结果:Synchrony模体与Xsight Lung模体在模拟机下测得的数据与射波刀影像追踪系统分析得出的运动数据误差分别为0.1mm和0.9mm。结论:利用模拟机测量模体运动数据与射波刀影像追踪系统分析所得数据相符,但需要建立完善的呼吸模型。

Abstract:Objective: Verify the accuracy of the image-guided system and synchronous tracking system of CyberKnife. Method: Synchrony Phantom and Xsight Lung Phantom were placed the CyberKnife and Simulator, then the data of motion in each environment were measured and compared. Result: The motion data errors were 0.1mm and 0.9mm of Synchrony and Xsight Lung Phantom between CyberKnife image tracking system and Simulator. Conclusion: The data of simulator motif motion was consistent with CyberKnife image tracking system, but need to establish a comprehensive respiratory model.
