仿冲击振动压实装置稳定工作条件

摘    要:利用自主设计的仿冲击振动压实装置,进行了大量的对比性试验,选取了3种振幅、5种频率分析压实装置的工作状态,给出了不同振幅、频率下垂直激振力随时间的变化曲线。试验结果及理论分析表明:压实过程中,该装置在垂直及水平方向均有冲击作用,大部分工况有跳振现象,但机器工作稳定,压实均匀性及平整度良好;仿冲击振动压实轮不发生跳振的条件是最大激振力F0与压实轮重力G的比值不大于1.3,有跳振但保持稳定工作的条件是1.3

Abstract:This paper carries out a lot of contrasting experiments by use of impact-like vibratory roller designed by authors,and discusses the state of work and gives the variable curves of the strength of vibration along with the time by selecting the values of 3 kinds of amplitude and 5 kinds of vibratory frequency.The results show that the roller has the impact effect in the vertical and horizontal directions,and has jump vibration in many cases,but the roller works stably and the effect of compaction is well.When the ratio of the largest strength of vibration F0 to weight G is less than 1.3,the roller will not jump.The condition of stable work with jump vibration is that the ratio is between 1.3 and 7.5.This roller can have smaller frequency and larger amplitude,so it can make sure that the work is stable and cannot affect compaction quality.1 tab,10 figs,6 refs.
