| 摘 要： | 目前许多高校师生与校领导之间在信息沟通方面存在响应速度慢、办事效率低，甚至师生对学校的许多合理化建议由于缺乏良好的沟通工具而无法及时反映给校领导，给教学管理工作带来了诸多问题，高等学校政务热线系统能有效地帮助领导制定教不管理政策。

| Abstract: | In halls of iry teachers and the students and the school leadership communicates in poor efficiency,even many rational suggestions of teachers and the students to school can't feed back in time to the school leadership because of lacking good communication tool.It brings many problems for teaching.Designing an university and college governmental affairs hot-line system an offer the leader great conveniences. |
