LiF:Mg,Cu和LiF:Mg,Cu,P低温热释光性质研究

摘    要:LiF:Mg,Cu,P和LiF:Mg,Cu样品主峰温度相近,推断形成样品中相应峰的缺陷有相似结构。同剂量LiF:Mg,Cu和LiF:Mg,Cu,P发光曲线相似,但发光谱中心却差别很大,推测LiF:Mg,Cu,P复合中心与P元素有密切关系。

Low Temperature Thermoluminescence of LiF:Mg,Cu and LiF:Mg,Cu,P

Abstract:Thermoluminescence characteristics have been studied on LiF:Mg,Cu,P and LiF:Mg,Cu.The temperatures of main peaks in these two samples are closed to those of F-H and Vk-e recombinations in pure LiF.Thus we suggest that both 123(125)K and 135(138)K emissions are in fact two groups of emission bands based on the impurity disturbed F-H and Vk-e recombinations.Equal radiated LiF:Mg,Cu and LiF:Mg,Cu,P have similar glow curves but different emission centers,thus we conclude that the recombinations center in LiF:Mg,Cu,P has a close relationship with element P.
