TiO2-Fe3+/Ti复合电极的制备及电化学特性研究

摘    要:用F e3 掺杂的二氧化钛溶胶制得钛基纳米T iO2-F e3 /T i复合催化电极,用紫外分光光度法和XRD表征了电极材料吸收光谱特性和电极表面的微观结构,用循环伏安法研究了电极的电化学特性.结果表明,由于F e3 的存在,在-0.78 V(vs.SCE)处出现了一个还原峰,表明电极表面膜中存在F e3 还原成F e2 并进一步与电极中T iO2发生化学反应,是EC过程.

Abstract:The precursor Ti(OE_t)_4 was prepared by anodic dissolution of metallic titanium in absolution ethanol and directly hydrolyzed to prepare nanocrystalline TiO_2 film with Fe~(3 ) doping in it on titanium electrode(TiO_2-Fe~(3 )/Ti) by a sol-gel process.UV-Vis and XRD were used to sign the microcosmic structure of nanocrystalline TiO_2 film with Fe~(3 ) doping in it.Electric catalysis activities of the TiO_2-Fe~(3 )/Ti electrode were investigated by cyclic voltammetry.The investigation reveals that there is a redox peak on-0.78 V(vs.SCE),that is to say,Fe(OH)_3 has been reduced to Fe(OH)_2.It is EC process.
