| Abstract: | In this paper,the elerninating method of systeme eror of Debye method was discussed,and axle-offset error was fully discussed. The improved new method enhances greatly accuracy of measurement, for example the standard value of Aluminium lattice constant is 0. 40910nm. the value measued withformal method is 0. 049190. 05021nm,and the value obtained with the new method is 0. 04919nm. |
