| 摘 要： | 本文初步探讨了多孔聚氨酯(PU)薄膜的制备条件,如成形温度、致孔剂含量等对薄膜透气性的影响。并进一步观察了这种 PU 薄膜在动物试验和临床上的应用情况。发现这种 PU 薄膜在浅二度烧伤创面上能起到减少创面水份蒸发,防止细菌感染的作用,起到皮肤代用品的功能。

| Abstract: | This paper concerned the investigation of manufacture conditions affecting the
permeability of porous polyurethane(PU)films,such as forming temperatures,content of
pore-forming agent,etc.Furthermore through the animal tests and clinical applications,it is
found that the porous PU films can be applied to light second-degree burnt surface as skin
substitutes,which protect the burnt surface from vapor loss and infection. |
