摘    要:本文主要分析了某型无人机光电吊舱在外场出现的因电源模块失效引起的电路板烧毁故障,在对故障原因进行分析验证的基础上提出了此类产品供电系统设计改进的一些具体措施,包括改善PCB电路板散热性和采用浪涌抑制模块及EMI滤波器来抑制载机电源脉冲保护二次电源模块等。通过在该型产品上应用相应的措施,并经过用户外场使用验证,最终证明措施有效。最后,在对问题处理整个过程进行总结的基础上,提出了光电吊舱类产品供电系统设计应注意的几个方面,对同类产品开展相同性质的设计工作有借鉴意义。

Abstract:This paper mainly analyzes the UAV electro-optical pod in the outfield arise due to failure of power supply module circuit board burning fault, in the cause of the fault are analyzed based on the proposed this kind of product design improvement of power supply system for some specific measures, including the improvement of PCB circuit board radiating and the surge suppression modules and EMI filter inhibition of aircraft power supply pulse protection of two power supply module. The type of products on the application of the corresponding measures, and after the user field using a validated, finally were proved to be effective. Finally, the problem to handle the entire process based on the summary, proposed electro-optical pod products supply system design should pay attention to several aspects of the same nature, similar products in the design work has draw lessons from a meaning.
