| 摘 要： | 就业能力是动态的、发展的概念,是与职业相关的综合能力,包括外显能力与内隐素质。内隐素质包括价值观、自我定位、驱动力和人格特质等内在深层稳定的心理特征,对就业能力起着关键的影响作用。内隐素质与人文教育息息相关,人文教育是提升高职生就业能力的基础和关键,进行良好的人文教育可以提高就业率、就业质量,可以对从根本上构建现代职业教育体系起着良好的推动作用。
