| 摘 要： | 沟通是组织管理的重要环节。大学生沟通意识淡薄,沟通能力薄弱的现象与人文教育缺位、人文素养缺乏有关。沟通能力的人文救赎,既是沟通学习的重要途径也是沟通的目的所在。激活沟通体验,调控沟通心态,协调沟通冲突是提高沟通素养的主要途径。
