| 摘 要： | 目前高等工程教育的专业教师工程实践能力普遍欠缺,而工程实践能力对于工程人才的培养至关重要.要提高专业教师的工程实践能力,首先要分析现状,研究问题所在,之后从教师认识、企业锻炼、横向项目、短期培训、教师引进等方面着手开展专业教师工程实践能力的培养与提升.
