摘    要:应力法剪切下料是精密下料方法同裂纹技术的应力断料原理相结合的产物。通过建立夹紧剪切过程中被剪棒料的应力状态方程,分析了被剪棒料同剪刃及夹紧块之间的挤压应力分布,通过挤压应力的分布形式探讨了合理的剪刃形状,进而通过实验研究确定了适宜的剪刃几何参数,为应力法剪切的应用提供了理论依据和适宜剪刃。

Abstract:Stress shearing blanking is a combination of precise shearing blanking and stress blanking. By setting up the stress state formulae,this paper,first of all , analyzes the distribution of extrusion stress in the bar, the shear blade and the clamping block. Then, rational shear shapes are investigated by means of the extrusion stress distribution and finally suitable geometric parameters of shear blades are determined, based on the results of experimental research,which not only recommends suitable shear blades but also provides theoretical basis for the application of the technique of stress shearing blanking.
