政府投资项目全过程造价管理问题研究

政府投资项目对社会的影响越来越大，如何将有限的资金在项目中得到合理的分配，使这些项目能以最经济的方式带来最大的经济效益和社会效益，是当前造价管理的目标。要使政府投资项目造价管理取得良好的效果，就必须对工程项目全过程进行管理。运用系统论的观点，从工程项目决策、设计、招标、施工管理和竣工结算3个方面来进行研究和探讨。

Learning of the Whole Process Cost Management of Governmental Investment Projects

The influence of governmental investment project is greater and greater trends.It is the most important object of cost management that how to get distribution in the projects with limited fund,and to bring the most heavy economic benefits and social benefits in the most economy.So,it is necessary to manage the whole process cost.By systemic analysis of the characters and vices of our country's cost management,the learning and research of different stages including project decision stage,design,and construction are done in this thesis.
