韦努蒂异化翻译理论的再思考

韦努蒂异化翻译理论主要集中体现在《译者的隐身》一书中,因此这本书对于研究异化翻译理论的学者来说具有非同寻常的意义。分析《译者的隐身》一书的论证过程,可得出两点启示：一、韦努蒂的异化翻译理论既含有解构主义的因素,也含有文化研究派翻译理论的因素,给韦努蒂异化翻译理论贴标签的做法并非明智之举;二、韦努蒂的异化翻译理论中论域和翻译方向均有明确定位。当我们站在中国语境的立场来考察英汉互译时,是否还应该一味地提倡异化翻译,这是一个值得仔细思考的问题。
