叶片前缘扩张形孔气膜冷却特性的数值模拟

摘    要:考虑曲率的影响下计算获得了叶片前缘带扩张形孔的气膜冷却特性,分析了平均吹风比对气膜冷却效率的影响,并与传统的圆柱形孔气膜冷却特性进行了对比.结果表明:与圆柱形孔相比,扩张形孔射流的覆盖面更宽,冷却效率更高.

Abstract:Film cooling characteristics of expanding hole on the leading edge were performed using numerical simulation considering the influence of curvature. The influence of average blowing ratios was analyzed,and comparison between expanding hole and cylindrical hole was carried out. The results show that expanding hole jet has a wider coverage and the effectiveness of expanding hole is much larger than that of cylindrical hole.
