| 摘 要： | 玉米中含有丰富的对人体有益的元素如Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn等，是一种难得的经济型营养食品．玉米经过处理后，采用火焰原子吸收法测定Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn的含量，结果表明Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn的含量（μg／g）分别为：93．85、82．1、3．65、28．65．该方法快速、简单，结果准确．

| Abstract: | Maize is rich in Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn etc, Which beneficial for human beings. It is a rare kind of economical nutrition. After treated by the flame atomic absorption of mehod to investigate contet of Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn. Maize contains each with 93.85, 82. 10, 3.65, 28.65. This method is quickly, easy and accurately. |
