摘    要:采用乙醚反萃取方法制备磷钼钒酸催化剂H3+nPMo12-nVnO40(n=0~5),利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、红外(FTIR)以及等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)对催化剂进行表征,并以H2O2为氧化剂,考察催化剂对苯直接羟基化反应的催化性能,探讨不同钒原子数目对所制备磷钼钒酸催化活性的影响,研究了反应时间、催化剂用量、H2O2用量等对催化反应的影响.结果表明,合成磷钼钒酸催化剂具有典型的Keggin结构,钒原子取代数目对催化剂的催化活性有明显影响,其中H7PMo8V4O40表现出最高的催化活性,在实验优化条件下,苯直接羟基化为苯酚的收率达到19.5%.

Abstract:A serial of heteropoly acids catalysts H3+nPMo12-nVnO40 with different amounts of V and Mo have been prepared by ether antixtraction method and charactered with XRD, IR and ICP-AES methods, and the catalytic activity of these catalysts was evaluated in the hydroxylation of benzene to phenol with H2O2 as oxidant. The effects of various parameters on hydroxylation were tested, which included reaction time, catalyst amount and reactants ratio. Results indicated that these molybdovan- adophosphates catalysts had the Keggin-type structure. The amount of V in catalyst has obvious influence on the catalytic activity, and HTPMo8V4O40 exhibited the best catalytic activity. The yield of phe nol could reach 19.5% at optimal reaction conditions.
