| 摘 要： | 目的:对比欣母沛、卡孕栓治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的疗效.方法:选取宫缩乏力性产后出血产妇58例,按随机原则分为欣母沛组与卡孕栓组,各29例,分别予以相应治疗,以总改善率为观察指标对比疗效.显示,欣母沛组总改善率高于卡孕栓组,结果有统计学意义(P0.05).结论:对于宫缩乏力性产后出血,欣母沛具有方便、快速、高效和安全的特点,疗效好于卡孕栓,应优先选用.

| Abstract: | In order to observe the curative effects of Hemabate and Carprost on postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia, we selected 58 cases of postpartum hemorrhage. They were randomly divided into Hemabate group and Carprost group. Each group had 29 patients, which were treated accordingly. Finally, the curative effects were compared. The total improvement rate was used as observation index. The experimental results showed that the total improvement rate of Hemabate group was higher than that of Carprost group, which showed that the results had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. We conclude that Hemabate has better effects on the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia than Carprost. Hemabate has such fea- tures as convenience,quickness,high performance and safety,which should be given priority. |
