中国女性退役运动员继续教育现状与对策研究

继续教育作为运动员退役后职业转型过程中的重要环节，受到越来越广泛的关注．女性运动员作为其中的特殊群体应得到教育资源的政策、资金等多方面的保护．通过对继续教育的途径及现状展开沦述，分析了女性运动员接受继续教育的社会作用，并进一步探讨了女性退役运动员继续教育问题面临的障碍，并提出了建议性措施．女性退役运动员的继续教育面临着资源有限、经费不足、意识薄弱等障碍，可以通过专属性政策与资金的支持，职业教育的针对式培养等措施解决现存问题．

Study on Actuality and Countermeasure of Further Education of Chinese Retired Women Players

Further education is the key point of the retired players~ professional transfer which is widespread concern. Women players should be protected by politics and education recourses as a special group. In this paper, ways of further education was introduced and the current situation was described, the social function of further education was analysed. For resolving these Problems, we may seek for the support of funding and develop some new methods of further education.
